What we collect through this website, why, and how it is kept.
This policy explains how Vemora Estates(“we”, “us”) handles the information you choose to share with us through this website. We keep it short and specific.
What we collect
- Schedule-a-visit form: your name, phone number, the budget range you select, and your message.
- Brochure request: your name and phone number, and which project you asked about.
- We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, any other personal information through the forms on this site.
- Advertising cookies:our pages, and our campaign landing pages, load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies and measures visits and enquiries. See “Advertising and the Meta Pixel” below.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry: to reply, to send the brochure you requested, and to continue that conversation. We do not use them for anything else.
How it is stored
Submissions are recorded in a private Google Sheet in our own Google account, accessible only to Vemora. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Embedded map
Our contact page may embed a Google Map. When it loads, Google may receive your device’s IP address and set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy, separate from this one.
Advertising and the Meta Pixel
This site, and the landing pages we run for advertising campaigns, use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you make an enquiry, along with your device and IP address. We use this only to measure how our ads perform and to reach people with similar interests. We never send Meta your name, phone number or the contents of your enquiry.
Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can limit this tracking through your browser’s cookie settings or your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
Keeping and removing your data
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to help you and to maintain our own records. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Just contact us.
